We ship orders using reliable carriers such as Bpost and PostNL.

Estimated delivery times:

• Belgium: 1–3 business days

• Netherlands: 2–5 business days

• Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Rainhavn is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

• Netherlands: €6.95

• Free shipping on orders over €50.00 (Belgium & Netherlands)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Rainhavn is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit.
